Returns/Cancel an Order

Your Doll is custom made just for you at our factory, from the specific Doll options you have chosen. As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason.

Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item. In which case we are happy to fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. (standard production and shipping times apply). You have 1 calendar day (24H) after package delivery date to report any problem. Please inspect your doll as soon as she arrives.

If your item has not yet been processed and your order is less than 24 hours, then it can be canceled. However, once we send your order for production it is not possible to cancel.

Sex dolls are sex toys, due to health and hygiene concerns, they are not returnable for any reason if used.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately.

We perform a quality check on your Doll before we ship to you. Therefore, it’s unlikely any damage or defects occur on your Doll. However, in the event, you receive a defective product. We will provide all the necessary kits to help you fix the item. If the damage is severe, such as the head is broken, please let us know. We may arrange to ship a new item to you, depending on the situation. If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any exchanges.

You must have common sense and take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product. For evident and security reasons due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at EU@myrealdolls.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at EU@myrealdolls.com

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 500 Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
